Registration

Registration is annual and non-refundable. Every year, you must resign your policy waiver. Once you have done this, please call the office to register for class. You may NOT register for class online. All registration must be done through the office.

Trials

Trials are offered  to NEW members only. Trials do not register your for a class. You must call the office to register after your trial class begins.

 

Afterschool

Our Afterschool program follows the Winston-Salem Forsyth County calendar. We do offer School's Out Day Camps for some teacher workdays and some holidays.  Students must be pre-registered for these camps.

Make-Ups

We offer 2 make up classes every month that can be used within 30 days from the missed class.  Refunds are not given for missed classes. Two absences can be used  for one Friday Night Open Gym.

Holiday Closings

The gym will be closed for certain holidays which is disclosed in our annual policies and calendar.  We do not give make-up classes for these instances. When we decide on closings we consider the annual calendar and make sure that your child is getting at least 3-4 classes a month and in some cases 5, regardless of gym closings.
