Flip Force Gymnastics' After School Care is a program designed to offer a positive environment where children can do homework, exercise, and socialize with their peers.  Children will be picked up after school by the Flip Force Staff and transported to our facility.  Snacks are provided for every child.  Children will have homework time in a quiet setting with a supervising instructor.  Open gym is offered daily, as well as outdoor games and activities (weather permitting).  

 

The After School Care Program is offered from the time school lets out until 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. 

We follow the WSFCS schedule for all teacher work days and holidays. Designated Schools Out Day Camps are offered for some teacher work days and holidays.  In the event of an extended closure we will NOT prorate or refund tuition due to missed classes. Furthermore, tuition will NOT be prorated or refunded for planned Holiday closures as we plan for these in our annual schedule.  We do our best to open during inclement weather but safety for our customers and staff is our first priority.  If school is closed due to weather, there will be no after school care. If inclement weather happens in the middle of a school day, we will do our best to pick up your child but ask that you come to our facility to pick them up as soon as possible.  

 

Tuition is due monthly and all After School Care Children are required to sign up for auto draft in which the office will deduct the tuition on the first business day of every month. Students receive Schools Out Day Camps as part of their monthly tuition, however, you must still register for the event.

 

Our After School Care Program is offered to the following schools:  Piney Grove Elementary, Kernersville Elementary, Cash Elementary, Union Cross Elementary, Sedge Garden Elementary, Caleb's Creek Elementary.*
